Jelly Worms

 jellyworms

Sunny the sun-loving vampire, here. I want to share the recipe for one of the most shocking snacks this side of the grave. Jelly Worms! They’re sure to please ghouls and guests alike. The recipe makes fifty to a hundred worms, so save some to gross out your friends, throw a scary Halloween party, or bury the extras in the fridge until you’re ready for a delicious jelly snack. Each batch of Jelly Worms is full of strawberry flavor. Place the worms on a bed of crushed Oreo dirt or put them in a bowl for a spooky feeling game. They’re as fun to play with as they are to make! You can also use them to dress up your grave-goblets. Find Felipe Femur the Skeleton’s great recipe for Grave Goblets here.

Just follow the 13 easy steps below and you’ll have yourself a party favorite to serve or scare your friends in no time at all.

Don’t forget to read about my scary encounter with the graveyard earth worms in my scary story for kids, “Wet, Toothless Mouths.”

Much of the liquid will fill the container around the straws. This is OK. Still, try to pour the mix into the straws.
